You might be wondering how Yoga can heal your trauma. Trauma is a negative feeling that comes from a distressful experience in the past. Your traumatic experience has a role in your present life. The way you respond to the world with constant fear and apprehension is a reflection of past wounds that still echo within your being. These reactions are the shadows of unresolved trauma, subtly guiding your responses and shaping your experience.

What is this program?
This is a specialized program designed to help individuals process and recover from deep emotional wounds, often through a combination of therapeutic practices, meditation, and mindfulness techniques. These retreats provide a safe and supportive environment where participants can explore and release trauma with the guidance of experienced facilitators. The goal is to foster healing, inner peace, and a renewed sense of self.
2-Hour Class
The 2-hour class begins with asana practice, allowing participants to connect deeply with their body, followed by focused breathwork, helping to regulate the mind and prepare for deeper relaxation. The session concludes with a serene state of stillness, guided by Buddhist meditation, promoting inner calm and clarity.
6-Hour Class
In this program, 4 hours will be spent learning the philosophy of Yoga and 2 hours will be on actual Yoga practice. At the end of the session, you will be enriched with the knowledge of the true Yoga and experience profound healing.
NOTE: All classes & workshops need to be pre scheduled and we entertain no walk-ins. Write to us for an amazing experience. Please note each class/workshop needs to be scheduled individually. We don’t follow a typical yoga studio model.

Symptoms of Trauma
Flashbacks: These are vivid, intrusive memories where you feel like you’re reliving a traumatic event. These episodes can be overwhelming, triggering intense emotions and making it difficult to stay present in the current moment.
Avoidance: When you experience avoidance, this could involve the feeling that you want to steer clear of places, people, or activities that remind you of the trauma. While it may provide temporary relief, it often reinforces the trauma and limits your ability to fully engage with life.
Nightmares: You might think that nightmares are normal. But they could actually be a sign of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Nightmares related to trauma can cause you to relive the distressing experience while you sleep, leading to restless nights and fear of going to bed. These disturbing dreams can disrupt your sleep pattern, contributing to ongoing fatigue and emotional distress.
